Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our consumable products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
Are your tea kits easy to make at home?
Yes! Each kit comes with simple instructions. Generally, you just need to dissolve the mix in a small amount of warm water and then pour it over ice and cold water for a refreshing drink.
