Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused tea kits or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our Louisiana distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
